The short answer
Yearly billing costs less per month because you pay for twelve months at once; on the plans here, paying yearly instead of monthly saves Rs 500 to Rs 8,000 a year (17% to 44%). Monthly billing costs more over a year but keeps the commitment small. Either way, the plan renews automatically at its listed price for the period you chose, and you can cancel from your Goji dashboard.

Prices read live from Goji. The saving is twelve monthly payments minus the yearly price; it is arithmetic on Goji's prices, not a separate discount.
How to read the saving
The saving shown is simple arithmetic on Goji’s own prices: twelve monthly payments minus the yearly price. It is not a temporary promotion and not a first-term discount, so it does not disappear when the plan renews.
How renewal works
No introductory price is built into the first term: a plan renews at the listed price for the billing period chosen. Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled from the Goji dashboard. If a plan’s price ever changes, it changes for everyone on that plan.
The billing period you choose is the period that renews: a yearly plan renews yearly and a monthly plan renews monthly. Your domain name renews separately, on its own date, so keep both dates in your calendar.
Refunds and cancelling
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first payment, under Goji’s refund policy. Read the refund policy for the conditions.
Costs that are not on the hosting bill
- The domain name. Hosting does not include one; it is registered and renewed separately.
- Your own backups. Goji does not take backups of your website for you. The control panel gives you the tools to download your own. Keeping copies off the server may need cloud storage you pay for.
- Building and maintaining the site. Paid themes, plugins and a developer’s time often cost more than the hosting itself.
When monthly billing makes sense
- You are trying a project and may not keep it for a year.
- You need to spread the cost over months.
- You are unsure which plan size you need and expect to change it soon.
When yearly billing makes sense
- It is a business website you will certainly keep running.
- You want the lowest cost per month.
- You prefer one renewal a year instead of twelve chances to miss a payment.

Common questions
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Billing changes are handled in your Goji account. Ask Goji support how a switch works for your service before you rely on it.
Will the yearly price go up when it renews?
No introductory price is built into the first term on these plans, so the renewal uses the listed price. If a plan’s price ever changes, it changes for everyone on that plan.
