A company website is more than a server: it is the address customers type, the email they write to and the site you can restore when something goes wrong. Here is what to check.
Business email looks like [email protected], not a free webmail address. Included on every plan: free SSL, DirectAdmin, webmail, spam filtering, catch-all email address, PHP version choice, phpMyAdmin, cron jobs, full DNS management and automatic setup. Plans differ in how many mailboxes they allow, so count the people who need one.
Applying that to the plans on sale now: Growth is the cheapest plan that allows at least three mailboxes, and Pro is the cheapest that allows at least ten. (Our rule of thumb, from Goji’s live limits.)
Setting up mail properly also means a few DNS records; see email on your own domain.
Goji does not take backups of your website for you. The control panel gives you the tools to download your own. For a business site that means scheduling your own backups and keeping a copy somewhere other than the hosting account. It is the single most useful hour of work you can do on day one.
No uptime guarantee is published. The servers are in a European data centre. There is no data centre in Nepal, so this is not the right choice if a site must be served from inside Nepal for legal, compliance or latency reasons. If your contracts demand a guaranteed service level or in-country hosting, check that before you buy.
Moving an existing website is an assisted move done with a person, not a one-click import. Ask before buying and Goji will say whether the site fits the plan. The old site stays online until the domain is switched, and a nameserver change can take up to 48 hours to spread. How a move works.
Plans are priced in Nepali rupees. Payment is by Fonepay or Wire Transfer; no foreign card is needed. Orders, invoices and renewals are managed in your Goji account.
There is no separate “business” product: you pick the plan whose limits fit, using the selector or the comparison table. Plans that allow more websites suit companies running several brands or a staging copy.

You confirm monthly or yearly again in Goji’s secure checkout, and Goji always charges its own current price. No introductory price is built into the first term: a plan renews at the listed price for the billing period chosen. Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled from the Goji dashboard. If a plan’s price ever changes, it changes for everyone on that plan.
Yes. Included on every plan: free SSL, DirectAdmin, webmail, spam filtering, catch-all email address, PHP version choice, phpMyAdmin, cron jobs, full DNS management and automatic setup. How many mailboxes you get depends on the plan; the comparison shows each plan’s number.
